The two most common questions I get from subscribers are.
1)Â Â Â Â Â Â how to time the market and sell property at the top of the land cycle, which, we have forecast to occur in 2026, and,
2)Â Â Â Â Â Â how far will property prices fall when we get there.
Neither is straight forward to answer.
History gives us some clues on question 2, and my own experience working in the industry can give a guide to question 1.
