When Cycles Collide: Timing the Next Market Peak

If you caught my interview with Andrew Pancholi last week, you’ll no doubt have awareness of how major economic cycles can collide to give hint of when economies are going to advance into a major recession.

Pancholi has identified several powerful long-range cycles that expose the underlying rhythmic beat of financial markets - and they can all assist to hone in on the timing for the land-cycle peak.

The 72-Year Crash Cycle — From 1929 to 2073

One of the most compelling is the 72-Year Crash Cycle.

We can race it from the 1929 Wall Street Crash onward to the dot-com bubble bust of 2001, and back to the devastating Panic of 1857 — a transatlantic land and credit collapse triggered by speculative railroad investments and a breakdown in gold flows.

Push forward again and the next major flash point would be 2073. Granted that’s a fair way off into the future, but if you have kids and grandkids…  let them know!
