Last night’s live Q&A with Andrew Pancholi was one of the most compelling sessions I’ve hosted for Land Cycle Investor members.

I’ve interviewed Andrew before — but this time we dug deep into the cyclical analysis with Andrew sharing more than I’ve ever heard him reveal publicly. It's a rare insight into cyclical analysis that you simply won't get anywhere else.

We had some fantastic questions come in from subscribers — and I added a few of my own.

The session began with a detailed roadmap stretching from 2025 right through to 2037 - giving insight into how to forecast turns in the market years in advance.

Andrew’s framework overlapped beautifully with the models I use here at LCI — particularly when it comes to timing the land cycle.

The Peak, the Downturn, and the Reset

We also discussed potential timing for a land cycle peak, and what to expect post-peak: into 2032.

“You’ve got to be really careful as we approach that period,” he cautioned, drawing comparisons to the setup before both 1929 and 2007.
