New data out this week from Cotality is a useful place to start when thinking about how the land cycle applies to the Australian landscape.
Looking back over forty years of calendar-year movements, Cotality have charted the years that have received the highest percentage of growth.

What stands out immediately is that we don’t conform to neat, textbook pattern of boom and bust.
