On a personal note….
A few months ago, I shared in an LCI report that my week had been disrupted by what I described as a "Tower" moment in my life.
The Tower in my life revolved around a close connection who had be diagnosed with a giant convexity brain meningioma, and within days admitted to hospital to undergo a six-hour surgery to remove the tumour.
There was little awareness of the looming side effects that may occur in the months following. There wasn’t enough time to prepare.
My way of coping with the shock was to dive into research.
It wasn’t exactly comforting, but it helped me process what was happening.
